Good things come in small packages!!
I purchased 4 tins of this Golden Star Balm a few weeks ago and I was skeptical at first due to the extremely small size (about the size of a quarter) but you only need the smallest amount for it to work. We travelled to Las Vegas recently and the dry desert air had our lips very chapped indeed! I also have eczema on my face (yes on my lips too) so I have to be very careful what I use on my skin or I break out into a rash. I used the smallest amount of the Golden Balm and it worked instantly on my chapped lips and didn't make my eczema worse! It smells a little like camphor to me; not greasy and it absorbs well into the skin so the small amount is perfect and will last a long time. I really like this salve, as it is not too greasy, does absorb pretty well, and has a nice smell. Also, the therapeutic benefits are not bad. There are stronger salves out there, but often they have too much menthol or eucalyptus, and I don't want to smell like an old lady! This is a soothing salve, but I wish that it was a larger size.
