I started having hot flashes a few years ago and have tried several remedies without going to get a prescription. This has by far been the best yet! I still have mild hot flashes but not near as often nor near as intense. I can actually sleep through the night without having night sweats. I take one capsule in the am and 2 in the evening. Tried going without and could tell a huge difference. Takes about 10 days to feel the full effect. You have to take them consistently. Kind of a big pill
First let me say that Evening Primrose Oil does work to help with PMS and during "that time of the month." But this pill is kind of big and I can not swallow it at all. It is about an inch long. I like this pill because it is easy to swallow. This is a very good price. I like it for the gamma linolenic acid - but will be trying Piping Rock Borage oil after I finish these because the borage oil has more gamma linolenic acid than does the Primrose.
