Great for getting back to sleep!
I bought 5-HTP for my wife. She has problems staying asleep. Once she wakes up, it's difficult for her to rift off again. The 5-HTP has really helped her. She takes it in conjunction with L-Theanine and Ashwaghanda about 30 minutes before bed. Works like a charm. Yes, these other products are available from Piping Rock.I bought 5-HTP for my wife. This is a better than average 5-HTP. I'll pop one on an empty stomach around 4PM during the week and before working out on the weekend mornings. Puts me in a better mood for sure.
